This will delete all workout logs, training records, and preferences while keeping the app installed.
This removes all app data while keeping the app installed on your device.
This completely removes the app and all associated data from your device.
⚠️ Warning: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure to export any training logs you wish to keep before deleting data.
